Race Horse Ownership

Raceday

Owners with horses running at our race meetings may collect two owners passes at the main gate upon entry that allow entry to the course, mounting yard and Members Enclosure top floor, grandstand (dress regulations apply).  Members of syndicates may contact the office prior to arrange collection of tickets at the main gate.

Owners passes grant you

  • Free gate entry on the day
  • Entry into the Owners & Trainers Bar
  • Entry into the Members Lounge, top floor, grandstand (*dress regulations apply)
  • Entry to the Mounting Yard
  • Entry to the stabling area where you can view your horse and speak with your trainer

* The Board reserves the right to refuse admittance to the Members Reserve to any person who in their opinion is not neatly attired.

Gentlemen: shirt with collar attached with tailored trousers or chino’s (dress jeans), no denim, thongs, beanies, shorts, tracksuits, torn or ripped clothing, sporting footwear.

Women: Racewear (No Denim) expected to maintain a suitable standard in keeping with the dignity of the Members Lounge.

A jacket & tie is only required on Ladbrokes Launceston Cup day.

The Club has reciprocal rights with most major metropolitan Clubs around Australia and Tasmania.
